It is with a real pleasure that we share a significant milestone in our diplomatic endeavors with Bolivia. In our ongoing commitment to advancing global cooperation and dialogue through the World Embassy Desk (WED), we recently reached out to both the Bolivian Embassy and the esteemed Minister of Foreign Affairs.

We are immensely grateful for the gracious assistance extended by the embassy staff in facilitating a meeting with the Ambassador. This week, we had the privilege of engaging in a productive and enlightening discussion, where a myriad of ideas were exchanged and crucial world issues were addressed.

The fruitful nature of our meeting underscores Bolivia’s openness to constructive dialogue and collaborative initiatives. While no formal commitments were made, the Ambassador expressed satisfaction with our conversation, signaling a positive reception of our proposal.

As we continue to navigate the evolving landscape of international relations, we eagerly anticipate further exchanges and meetings with Bolivia. The enthusiasm displayed by the Ambassador reflects a shared commitment to exploring avenues for cooperation as the World Embassy Desk progresses.

Strength of the WED

A positive effect of the WED will be that its actions will not affect the relationship between states. After all, states are not the ones who will act against the state that violates the international agreements; the WED will act on behalf of all members, while the member states will just act according to their commitments to the WED.

Another positive outcome of the WED will be that states will not be able to abuse their economic or military power to force others to act according to their will or to accept a breach by them. After all, by doing that, those states are not only breaching international agreements but also intending to make innocent civilians suffer only for their own agenda. Indeed, just as we as humans may not force our neighbours to live as we see fit, states may not force this on other states, either.
