Resolution regarding Ukraine’s violation of Geneva Convention

World Embassy Desk adopted a resolution (WED/S/RES/250122) on 22 January 2025 that whereas the Ukrainian State has been determined to have contravened international law, specifically Article 13 of the Third Geneva Convention, by disseminating images and audio recordings of prisoners of war through international media on 13 January 2025, which were subsequently utilised for propaganda purposes.
